Update: The death toll from clashes in the district has reached three after a protester succumbed to bullet injuries. According to police, Mahadev Rishidev, who got injured during clash in Rangeli, died while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Biratnagar. MORANG, Jan 21: Two people died during clashes in separate places of the district on Thursday. Shibu Majhi was killed after police opened fire at Dahaniya of the district, according to Coordinator of Protest Mobilization Committee Mohammad Kajir. He added that Bikram Sahani has sustained serious injuries,Earlier, a woman died in Rangeli of the district after police opened fire during clashes. According to police, the deceased is Draupadidevi Chaudhary, 58, of Rangeli-4.Chaudhary had received bullet injuries and was taken to Koshi Zonal Hospital, Biratnagar for treatment.Police resorted to fire to control clashes that got ensued after cadres of United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) obstructed mass assembly organized by Youth Association of Nepal -
