Pushpa Kamal Dahal; born Chhabilal Dahal on 11 December 1954, commonly known as Prachanda is a Nepalese politician and chairman of the Unified Communist Party of Nepal.

At a face-to-face program organized by Reporters' Club here Saturday, Mahoto, whose party is one of the allies of the agitating United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF), said the UDMF protest programs continue, only the form of protest has changed. Underlining the need of making the Prime Minister's upcoming India visit successful, he argued it would give a positive message if the Prime Minister sets out for diplomatic visit after addressing the internal problems.
